TRANSFORMATIONAL LEADERSHIP PROGRAMS

When we drop fear, we can draw nearer to people, we can draw nearer to the earth, we can draw nearer to all the heavenly creatures that surround us.

Change starts at the individual level. If we seek effective and lasting change within our organizations, our communities, and across the environmental movement, each of us must be willing to begin with the most important and potentially challenging work: ourselves. CDE’s transformational leadership programs are foundational for those who are dedicated to catalyzing change within their sphere of influence. This work supports learning to effectively advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion. CDE’s leadership development programs foster deep learning, strong relationship building, and inspiration for action. We offer two accessible ways to approach this work—the Environment 2042 Retreat Leadership Program and an Exploring Power, Privilege, and Tools for Change Retreat—as well as customized coaching and consulting services to support ongoing change work.

Are you ready to become a change agent?
