ORGANIZATIONAL COACHING & CONSULTING

CDE provides ongoing coaching and consulting services to support and enhance change work in organizations with which we have already done foundational work. Effective organizational change is by nature an iterative and evolving process. It is dynamic in nature, and by turns, it is both rewarding and challenging. We provide ongoing coaching and thought partnership to support the inevitable challenges that arise on individual, organizational and/or system levels.
