The EESP is a facilitated process in which CDE supports the development of an organizational diversity and inclusion strategy. In this process, an organization builds capacity and a strong foundation for future diversity and inclusion work. That structural foundation includes elucidation of an organizational case for equity and inclusion work. This work can enhance innovative potential, improve teamwork, and broaden the capacity to reach new audiences.

The EESP is designed for organizations at the early stages of equity, diversity, and inclusion work.
