Organizational Trainings and Workshops are tailored to respond to unique organizational needs. Foundational trainings provide a primer for diversity, equity, and inclusion change work. Environmental organizations commonly need inspiration to commit to this work, and wholehearted commitment from staff and board is critical for truly effective diversity, equity, and inclusion change work to take place.  In this tailored 2-4 hour workshop, CDE staff provide context and inspiration for inclusion work, discuss the imperative to diversify, showcase successful efforts to approach what may feel like a daunting issue, and describe what it takes to create a successful and relevant environmental institution and movement today and into the future. Longer workshops may be designed to incorporate facilitated discussions and interactive activities, depending on the unique needs of individual organizations.
