“Environmental institutions commonly need inspiration and commitment from staff and board before and during engagement in a diversity, equity, and inclusion process. In this tailored 2-4 hour workshop, CDE staff provide context and inspiration for equity, diversity, and inclusion work, discuss the critical need to diversify, highlight successful efforts and approaches to address this daunting issue, and share what is needed to create a successful and relevant environmental institution and movement now and far into the future. Longer workshops include facilitated discussions and/or interactive activities tailored to the client’s needs.”
