We offer a range of programs for individuals of varying experiences, backgrounds and identities. In our courses, we use a cohort model that emphasizes small group work and community building to create a safer, braver space for this deeply reflective work. We consider participants to be co-creators of their equity learning process, and we regularly check-in and adapt our approach to make sure the experience meets the needs of both individuals and the cohort as a whole. We consider various learning styles and model during trainings. In the end, we guide participants to apply learning to action.

CDE offers leadership coaching and consulting services to individual clients who have taken part in foundational work with us.
