The Equity Audit functions as an equity, diversity, and inclusion assessment tool that illuminates an organization’s current reality and provides strategic direction on the path forward. Through the tool, CDE analyzes what an institution is already doing, what it is not yet doing, and recommends practical, strategic, and feasible next steps. The Equity Audit includes a comprehensive checklist of diversity actions and interviews and/or focus groups that reveal root challenges and opportunities.
The Equity Audit is designed for organizations at the intermediate to advanced levels of equity, diversity, and inclusion work.
